Een jaar na een dodelijk geval van verkeersagressie moeten een sloper en zijn – sindsdien – dove tienerdochter alleen verder. Verbitterd en berooid gaan ze in op een voorstel van een louche zakenman. Maar de klus, in the middle of nowhere, ontaardt al snel in een nachtmerrie als ze gedwongen worden een dodelijk geheim op te graven.

DIG, een prangende mix van neo-westernthriller en stijlvol misdaaddrama, graaft dieper dan pure spanning en actie en legt bloot hoe een verpletterend drama tot een levensbevestigende heropstanding kan leiden.

Danny en oom Bill sleutelen op een afgelegen ranch aan een vintage car wanneer Bill omkomt bij een krachtige aardbeving. Danny zelf raakt onder de auto bekneld. Gevangen, gewond en moederziel alleen. Maar wat als het alternatief – niét alleen – vele malen erger is? Want in de barsten in de grond kruipt iets bizars rond!

They Crawl Beneath is een film die letterlijk en figuurlijk onder je huid kruipt en krioelt, vleesgeworden horror die maximale gruwel put uit z’n locaties, acteurs en special fx.
