Set in the last days of WWII, BURIAL tells the fictional story of a small band of Russian soldiers, led by intelligence officer Brana Vasilyeva, tasked with trafficking the remains of Hitler back to Stalin in Russia. En route, the unit is attacked by German ‘Werwolf’ partisans and picked off one-by-one. Brana leads her surviving comrades in a last stand to ensure their ‘cargo’ doesn’t fall into the hands of those who would see it buried, in order to hide the truth forever.
Reviews- Theplaylist.net: Clean narrative lines, top-notch production design, great acting, and Hollywood-grade cinematography and lighting elevate Burial above what might have been a forgettable schlock-fest.
- Latimes.com: It's brutal and exceedingly bloody, as one would expect from this kind of lean genre picture. But Burial also is packed with meaty philosophical questions about gods, monsters, and men at war, and it’s exceedingly well-executed.
- Filmthreat.com: Contains scenes of raw power, intermittently grasping greatness. The production values are excellent, and it’s visually striking.
- Nycmovieguru.com: A gripping, thrilling and unflinchingly gritty psychological horror film.
- Theguardian.com: Intriguing alt-history about a struggle to capture the dictator's corpse.

Ghosts of War
- Horror, War
- Available on VOD: 10 december 2020
- Director: Eric Bress
- Cast: Brenton Thwaites (Pirates of the Caribbean Salazar's Revenge), Theo Rossi (Sons of Anarchy, Luke Cage), Kyle Gallner (American Sniper, Jennifer's Body)
Five American soldiers assigned to hold a French Chateau near the end of World War II. This unexpected respite quickly descends into madness when they encounter a supernatural enemy more terrifying than anything seen on the battlefield.
Reviews- Variety.com: This is the rare horror exercise you wish were longer.
- RogerEbert.com: One of Bress' greatest strokes comes with casting - he's collected five faces you might recognize from younger, more innocent roles, and who are compelling to see here as men who have matured rapidly due to the wartime experiences eating away at them.
- Variety.com: Beautifully atmospheric, handsomely produced.
- Culturecrypt.com: Ghosts of War may look like a haunted house yarn dripping with déjà vu from the outside. Inside, there’s so much more that makes the movie impressively entertaining. 8/10.
- Ukfilmreview.co.uk: Explores the madness that weighs on men who’ve done the unthinkable by trapping them in a situation where they must face their demons. Kyle Gallner delivers an appropriately haunted performance as one of the soldiers.
- Thefilmstage.com: Gallner is especially memorable). It’s through these actors that we see how their characters process their pain above and below the façade created and understand why they’re incapable of looking beyond their tragic wealth of regret.

- Director: Shane Dax Taylor
- Cast: Kelsey Grammer (Frasier, The Marvels), William Moseley (The Chronicles of Narnia I-III), Joe Anderson (Hercules, The Grey)
une, 1944. With the US invasion of Europe hanging in the balance, Allied commanders issued a top-secret directive that would send six men behind enemy lines to assassinate a high-value Nazi target. A mixed unit of soldiers from the 82nd Airborne, comprised of men from Easy, Able and Dog Companies, was joined by a lone member of the French Resistance. Their mission has never been officially acknowledged, and there is no record the unit ever existed. But those who were there gave it a name of its own: Murder Company. (Based on actual events).
Reviews- Jbspins.com: It understands who its audience is rooting for and why. Like the American soldiers in harm’s way, it isn’t always pretty but it gets the job done. Recommended as a down-and-dirty satisfyingly to the point tribute to the American fighting men of WWII.
- Moviefreak.com: Features a couple of solidly interesting performances from Joe Anderson and Gilles Marini.
- Voicesfromthebalcony.com: Will keep viewers occupied.

- Director: Matthew Hill, Landon Johnson
- Cast: Cary Elwes (The Princess Bride, Saw), Jason Patric (In the Valley of Elah, Narc, The Prince), Mira Furlan (Space Command), Judd Hirsch (Uncut Gems, A Beautiful Mind)
It's 1942, and France is under Nazi control. The Allies have been pushed off the continent, and their defeat in North Africa seems likely. The nazi's victory is nearly absolute. Deep within this heinous shadow, a man names Jacques uses a radio to broadcast a message of hope. Unbeknownst to him, the formidable Gestapo Hauptmann, Klaus Jager, has been dispatched to catch the illegal broadcast. As Klaus closes in, Jacques, his daughter Juliet, a small group of other dissidents, must learn to trust the kindness of a stranger if they are to stay ahead of their pursuer. And in the end, that trust may turn out to be the very thing that leads the hunter to his prey.
Reviews- TheGuardian.com: As written here, the ambiguous Andre – who channels Nazi money – is a much more interesting character; a kind of Oskar Schindler lite. Patric’s inscrutable performance recedes intriguingly.
- Intoscreens.com: Directors Matthew Hill & Landon Johnson, along with writer Jonah Hirsch weave an inspirational story of how the kindness of a perfect stranger can save two families from a cruel world filled with ignorance. With solid performances from the entire cast, this film works as a reminder on how you should never give in to tyranny and always go down swinging.

The War Below
- War
- Available on VOD: 9 november 2021
- Director: J.P. Watts
- Cast: Sam Hazeldine (The Hitman's Bodyguard), Tom Goodman-Hill (The Imitation Game, Everest), Elliot James Langridge (Twist)
In the midst of the great war, Colonel "Hellfire Jack" Norton-Griffiths hatches a daring plan to break the deadly stalemate at the battle of messines.
He recruits a group of local miners to dig a tunnel underneath no man's land, from the allied trenches to the german trenches, in hopes of successfully setting off bombs from below the german line and saving the allied war effort.
- Filmstories.co.uk: As visually compelling as it is impressive in its character work. Hazeldine’s stoic performance is the highlight, but this is a very strong piece across the board which does not deserve to fly under the radar. A quality World War I movie.
- Moviesteve.com: Fascinating and true story.
- Nerdly.co.uk: A tense, personal edge of your seat story of incredible bravery in times of horror. 5/5 stars.
- Outtakemag.co.uk: An admirable job of telling this fascinating tale.
- TheGuardian.com: Real-life account of miners recruited in the first world war to burrow beneath German lines is fascinating.
- Thetimes.co.uk: A fascinating Great War side story and a gritty central turn from Sam Hazeldine (Peaky Blinders)
- Ukfilmreview.co.uk: Great performances and a strong emotional connection to their social and physical plight.
